USA Shipping and Handling
Typically when you order an item from our store, there is a 1-2 day processing time for each product. The majority of our products are warehoused, processed and shipped from our main location, just outside of Joplin, Mo United States. We are based in the Midwest, that means that your product will typically arrive between 2-3 days after processing is completed Certain products may be sourced and shipped from warehouses across the United States, shipping times are typically 3-5 days for sourced product, occasional there are shipping delays for situations that are out of our control and the shipping time may be slightly increased depending on the situation.
To keep costs low, some of our custom designed spooklightsoap.com products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us slightly longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us reduce overhead and therefore allows us to sell our custom designed products at less cost to you, the consumer.
